Repel Dry Gutter Pros is a gutter scheduling service for Clemson and the nearby Upstate towns. Repel Dry Gutter Pros connects you with independent local gutter installers who perform the work. You call one number, we find out what the gutters are doing, and we line up an installer who does that kind of job in your part of the area.
We set it up this way because finding a gutter installer around Clemson is harder than it should be. Many of the companies that show up in search are roofing, window or siding firms that do gutters on the side, national franchises based in Greenville, or one-person crews that are booked for weeks every fall. Homeowners and landlords end up calling five numbers to get one visit.
How dispatch works
- You call {phone}. Tell us where the property is, what you are seeing (overflow, a sagging run, water in the crawl space, a gutter bent by a limb) and whether it is a house you live in or a rental.
- We match the job. A cleaning, a downspout drain line and a full seamless replacement call for different crews and equipment. We send an installer who does that work and covers your town.
- The installer looks first. They check the roofline, the fascia behind the gutters, the downspouts and where the water goes once it hits the ground.
- You get a price before work starts. Nothing is installed or replaced until you approve it. Ask for the scope, materials and warranty terms in writing; the warranty comes from the installer and should be part of your quote.
- The work is finished and tested. A hose test at the end shows that water reaches the outlets and leaves the downspouts.
Who does the work
The gutter installers are independent local businesses, not our employees. That is the honest version, and it is better for you to know it up front. Every gutter installer we send is licensed where South Carolina requires it, and insured. South Carolina does not have a statewide license just for gutters, so the rules that apply depend on the type and size of the job; fascia carpentry and larger jobs can fall under state registration. If you want to see proof of insurance before work begins, ask the installer. That is a normal request.
Because the installers are local, they already know the problems Clemson gutters face: 52 inches of rain a year, loblolly pine needles, spring pollen sludge, red clay that sheds water toward foundations, and walkout basements on sloped lots. You can read more about those on our gutter services in Clemson page.
What we promise, and what we will not
- We answer the phone and help you work out what kind of gutter job you have, even if the answer is that a cleaning is all you need.
- If we cannot find an installer for your job or your address, we tell you so instead of leaving you waiting.
- We will not claim reviews, ratings or years in business we do not have. Reviews will go on this site as real customers leave them.
- We do not promise round-the-clock service or a visit on the day you call. Busy weeks, like fall leaf drop and the days after a storm, take longer to schedule. Tell us if water is getting inside and the call is flagged as urgent.
Where we work
Clemson is the hub. Installers also cover Seneca, Central, Pendleton, Easley and Anderson, roughly 30 minutes in each direction, plus Liberty, Six Mile and Walhalla on request. The service areas page has the details for each town.
We line up six kinds of work: gutter installation, gutter cleaning, gutter guards, gutter repair, downspouts and drainage, and soffit and fascia repair. Homeowners, landlords and property managers all call; about two-thirds of Clemson homes are rented, so rental work is a normal part of the week.
Questions about how Repel Dry works
Are you the company that installs my gutters?
No. Repel Dry Gutter Pros connects you with independent local gutter installers who perform the work. We take the call, work out what kind of job you have, and line up an installer who covers your town and does that work. The installer measures, quotes and does the job.
Who do I pay, and who stands behind the work?
Your agreement for the work, including the scope, price, schedule, payment and any warranty, is between you and the installer, so you pay the installer, as our terms of service explain. Get the scope and warranty in writing before work starts. If something goes wrong, contact the installer first; if it is not resolved, call (855) 633-0442 and we will help you work toward a fix.
How do you choose which installer to send?
We match the job to an installer who already works your part of the Upstate and does that kind of work, whether that is a cleaning, a downspout drain line or a full seamless replacement. Every gutter installer we send is licensed where South Carolina requires it, and insured. You can ask any installer for proof of insurance before work starts.
Why are there no customer reviews on the site yet?
Because the service is new to the Clemson area, and we will not post made-up reviews or ratings. Reviews from real Upstate homeowners, with their town and the date of the job, will be added as jobs are finished. Until then, ask the installer for references from nearby jobs.
