Gutter Service Areas Around Clemson, SC

Clemson plus the five towns an Upstate installer reaches in about half an hour: Seneca, Central, Pendleton, Easley and Anderson.

  • Local Upstate installers
  • Insured pros
  • Price before work starts

Repel Dry Gutter Pros covers a ring of roughly 30 minutes’ drive around Clemson. Inside that ring are five towns with their own pages and a lot of country roads and lake lots in between. Clemson itself is covered on our Clemson gutter services homepage.

We are a dispatch service, not an installer. One call to (855) 633-0442, and we line up an independent local gutter installer who already works in your part of the Upstate. Every gutter installer we send is licensed where South Carolina requires it, and insured.

Pickens, Oconee and Anderson county coverage

Pickens County. Most of Clemson sits in Pickens County. Central is next door on SC 93, about 8 to 12 minutes away, and Easley marks the eastern edge on US 123, 25 to 30 minutes out. Liberty and Six Mile are covered on request.

Oconee County. West of Clemson on US 123, Seneca is the main town, 15 to 20 minutes away, with Lake Keowee neighborhoods reaching north and the Lake Hartwell shoreline to the south. Walhalla is covered on request.

Anderson County. Down US 76, Pendleton is 8 to 12 minutes from Clemson, and Anderson, the county seat, sits at the southern edge 25 to 30 minutes out, with Lake Hartwell to its west.

The whole ring shares the same weather and ground. Clemson averages about 52 inches of rain a year, the soil is red clay that sheds water instead of soaking it up, and pines, oaks and sweetgums drop debris into gutters for much of the year. Those shared conditions explain why gutters overflow and downspouts wash out across the area. The houses, though, are very different from one town to the next.

What changes from town to town

The same question, such as which gutter to buy or how often to clean it, gets a different answer depending on the kind of house.

  • Lake homes. Around Lake Keowee and Lake Hartwell, tall walkout elevations and pine-heavy lots point toward 6-inch gutters, mesh guards and drainage that runs downhill. See gutters in Seneca and the lake side of gutters in Anderson.
  • Historic districts. Pendleton’s town center and Anderson’s National Register neighborhoods have old wood trim and deep eaves, where half-round gutters and fascia and soffit repair come up often. See gutters in Pendleton.
  • Rentals. Central, like Clemson, has many rented houses, so landlords book cleanings between leases and catch up on repairs tenants never reported. See gutters in Central.
  • New subdivisions. Around Easley, builders often leave partial gutters and downspouts that end on bare clay, so adding the missing runs and downspout drainage is the usual job. See gutters in Easley.

Across all of them the menu is the same: seamless gutter installation, gutter cleaning, gutter guards, gutter repair, downspout drainage and fascia work. What changes is which one comes first, and what the installer looks at before writing a quote.

Clemson neighborhoods we cover

Clemson itself is the center of the ring, and its neighborhoods do not all need the same thing:

  • Clemson Heights: late-1940s to 1970s ranches and split-levels, many with walkout basements on the low side, where downspout placement matters as much as the gutters.
  • Camelot: brick homes under mature trees, where cleanings and pine-needle guards come up most.
  • Clemson Downs and Country Walk: homes from the late 1970s through the early 2000s, many now on their second set of gutters.
  • Around College Avenue and Tiger Boulevard: student rentals and older houses, where landlords book cleanings between leases.
  • Sedgefield and the Lake Hartwell side: low ground that took the August 2026 flash flood, and lake homes where roof water has to be carried away from sloped foundations.

How scheduling works across the service area

  1. Call {phone} with the address. Street names matter more than town names out here; a lake road can sit between two towns.
  2. We confirm coverage and match an installer who already works that part of the Upstate and does the kind of job you need.
  3. The installer visits, looks at the roofline, fascia and downspouts, and puts the scope and price in writing before work starts.
  4. Timing depends on the season. Fall leaf drop and the weeks after a big storm book up first. Tell us if water is getting inside and the request is flagged as urgent.

Every gutter installer we send is licensed where South Carolina requires it, and insured.

If your town isn’t listed

Call (855) 633-0442 anyway. Liberty, Six Mile and Walhalla are covered on request, and plenty of addresses on rural routes and lake roads fall between the towns named here. Give us the address, and we check whether an installer works that area before booking anything. If none does, we tell you so plainly rather than send someone from too far away. You can also send the address through our contact page.

Service area questions

Do you cover addresses between the towns listed, like lake roads and rural routes?

Usually, yes. The service area is a ring about 30 minutes around Clemson, not a list of city limits, so lake roads around Keowee and Hartwell and rural routes between Central, Six Mile and Pendleton are typically covered. Give us the street address when you call and we confirm before booking anything.

Do you serve Greenville, Greer or Powdersville?

Not right now. Greenville is more than 40 minutes from Clemson and has its own crowded field of gutter companies, so we keep our installers within about 30 minutes of Clemson, where they can come back easily for follow-up. If you are near the edge, such as east of Easley, call and we will tell you straight whether an installer covers your street.

Is the same installer sent to every town?

No. We match each job to an independent installer who already works that part of the Upstate and does that type of work, whether that is a cleaning in Central or a seamless installation on a Lake Keowee home. Whoever comes out, you get the scope and price in writing before work starts.

What should I have ready when I call from outside Clemson?

The street address, whether the house is one or two stories (or taller on the walkout side), what the gutters are doing, and whether water is getting inside. For rentals, include how to reach the tenants. Photos taken from the ground help; there is no need to climb a ladder.
